In fact, it's the best Napoleon I've had in the entire DMV area. It was perfectly balanced—not too sweet or too creamy. The pistachio éclair was a bit on the sweeter side for my taste, but it was still enjoyable!

It seems the pastry chef might have been distracted while kissing someone too long, resulting in a batch that got a bit too crispy!
