Avaliação da contribuiçãoI just had a meal from Jim's, and I’ve been getting takeout from here for years. However, they now use frozen chips, which I can easily make myself at home. I won't be returning anytime soon, and the chicken fried rice wasn't as good as it used to be either.
I’ve had a terrible few days after eating a chicken omelette and fried rice from Golden Fry in Shotton. The meal tasted off; the rice was pale and cold, and the omelette was just awful. I spent the entire night in the bathroom, feeling like I was dying! Three days later, I’m still feeling the effects. Never again! Does anyone know if I should report this?
We ordered beef chow mein, special fried rice, prawn crackers, and chips. It was enough to feed three of us, and we still had plenty left over. My husband said it was the best Chinese meal he's had in a long time. We will definitely be ordering from here again in the future.
The food was great until you reopened after your holiday this year. Unfortunately, the quality has declined since then. The chips are tough and dry, and it seems like the quality of the oil or potatoes has also changed; the place now has an unpleasant rancid smell. It's a real disappointment that the once-good fish and chips shop has fallen so far.
The food was satisfactory, and the establishment appeared clean as well. My only concern lies with the pricing. They might actually boost their profits by lowering prices and increasing customer flow, as the area isn’t particularly affluent. Food: 3 Service: 3 Atmosphere: 3
