My cousin and I came to football, food and drinks for the night of play, so we reserved a table online. On arrival we explained that we reserved a table, it's time we can sit now. We were then told, "We no longer use this function to sit guests, Y'all must wait". In these exact words!!!!

Bad experience with a Buffalo Wild Wings EVER! Drove 20 minutes from our hotel after booking on this app. I went to the hostess and gave her my name and told her I had reserved 4 people. She was extremely rude and said "Oh online? Yeah, we don't. It is served first. Waiting will take one and a half hours.” If you will not stand by your reservations, then do not use this app to drive your business! BWW lost my business.

I was in the restaurant and was told that every reservation was canceled. Waiting for half an hour and the manager couldn't do anything about it. I asked what the purpose of online reservations is, but they said that they cannot reach us and we need to wait for an hour and a half. I left her my phone number so they could call me when a table appears, but of course they never called. Nonsense.

We had no reservations. they said that wouldn't honor it and that they cancel them asap. this is the second time this has happened. they need to be taking off open table. they are pitiful and very rude. I am considering quitting open table.
