Osaka - Shrewsbury

Really rude staff.The one guy who answers pick up calls was not friendly, and added unnecessary comments. It’s the guy who places take out orders, and was working April 9th at 5:15. Never coming back. ??

Food was the usual hibachi experience nothing to really add to that. But the gentleman who welcomed us was very friendly which already set the tone for the night. Our waitress Laura was amazing! She took our 3 kids (8,6,&2) and distracted them for a minute by giving them a little “tour” while we waiting for the cook to arrive. She was super friendly and the family we shared the table with was an extension of our great experience.

Me and my friend loved the detailed service. Waiter was attentive and service was great. We were treated with promtitude and respect. I love places were you can seat, enjoy your food and not be rushed out.

Definitely a new favorite. The food was absolutely delicious and the chef was very entertaining. Prices were good and it is kid friendly.

So I’ve been eating(and drinking) lol for 15 years now and I must admit I still enjoy going here. Great staff x10 A+ sushi and fantastic drinks! ???
