This restaurant is fantastic for families. The atmosphere is laid-back, the food is delicious, and the service is outstanding. Thank you!

It is a pity that this restaurant, which is reasonably stylish and modern, offers appalling service and only average food. The staff constantly answered 'no' to any requests, including simple ones like asking for bread rolls or a coffee. My 3-bean chili turned out to be mainly a can of baked beans with a few red kidney beans mixed in. As we were leaving, we saw the young receptionist sitting on the lap of her boyfriend, who was not even an employee, drinking a pint of lager in front of guests checking in and out. Overall, a very disappointing experience.

We, a group of 4, decided to dine at The Falcon Hotel's restaurant during our stay. The experience was thoroughly enjoyable, and the food was truly exceptional!

The food and service were very good. The staff were not allowed to accept Tips. Why is this?

Food was excellent and the service was very good. Both the chicken and salmon dishes were beautifully presented and delicious.
