Island Zests - Silver Spring

If I could give this place 10 stars, I would! From the moment we walked in to the time we left, Patricio showed the utmost customer service. He was kind and patient (both of those qualities lacking all over these days) and so had so many more positive qualities. The food was outstanding, flavorful, and authentic, and generous. If I didn't live so far, I'd probably spend my money weekly!

Food and service was ????, AMAZING, ????, ALL THAT!! I called to order 2 lunch specials today jerk chicken lunch special and a curry chicken special. Both were $8. Also ordered fried plantains and a beef patty. Unfortunately, I didn?t take a picture before I picked up my fork, and once I picked up my fork and started eating, I didn?t put it back down until I was finished. WOW!! This food was great! Just the PERFECT amount of ?kick? in my jerk chicken. Plantains were done

I got the oxtail with rice and beans and it was great. I also had a cream soda. The oxtail was very tender. There was plenty of food. You always want a little more oxtail because they're so good but no complaints. Very nice owner made it simple and easy to place my order over the phone and pick it up.

Always always delicious. My family and I have been eating here since Natasha opened and she is amazing (my eight year old says the Rasta Pasta is made with magic ???? . Thank you Island Zests, we are so lucky to have you in this neighborhood!

I did not know what street doubles were but now I can't get enough of them. I really love this! I agree with the other reviewer Natasha is such a sweetheart! I frequent this restaurant but now I'm ready to explore more of they're menu because I've heard such great things about they're food????
