Domino's Pizza - Simpsonville

We had stopped buying Domino's pizza for at least 10 years. Several weeks ago we ordered some pizza from here and it was good and at a good price. So we thought we would get some more tonight but it was not good. The crust was bland and dry and the bacon on my pizza was burned so bad it was as hard as a rock and not edible.We will go back to our favorite pizza, Jet's. It cost more but it's worth it compared to Domino's.

We ordered 2 of the pasta bowls. It's been awhile since we've had them. When I opened the container, I decided I'd never order them again. It wasn't the taste. They tasted good. But when I tell you they are skimping on portions! Bowls weren't even half full. I feel like I wasted my money big time!!

Ordered over the phone through a call center? They took our order gave them the card information. The system stated card went through successfully. Then the lady says the card didn’t go through and to give the information again. We stated we would rather come in physically and pay or pay cash at the door. Then we’re told we can’t do either! Call the physical store after seeing the money did in fact come out of the bank! They don’t have/see our order! They said the call center isn’t competent and that maybe we will have our money back in a few days!!! Almost 100$ no pizza no REAL answers or help!

Call and wasn’t satisfied with food delivered. They fixed it and delivered under 10 mins. Thank you to the manager Daquan very professional and they sent it quick.
