Kfc (amk) - Singapore

This is my second visit, and unfortunately, both times my order was not what I requested. However, I will return. A special shoutout to one of the staff members at the counter, an older gentleman, who really went out of his way to be friendly and help resolve my order issues. Kudos to him! I believe this employee should be recognized for his dedication to providing great service, despite the challenges he faces.

We tried the Kentaro and chicken skin, but they didn't impress us as much as we had hoped. The Kentaro was quite heavy and became messy after a while since the structure fell apart. The chicken skin was crispy and included some free meat, but it seemed to taste better when paired with the chicken. On its own, the skin became somewhat bland without the meat. Overall, the original two-piece chicken meal remains the best choice. Updated: The Shoyu chicken had the best flavor in 2020—spicy with a hint of Shoyu, and even the breast meat was well-seasoned.

The staff is very friendly, and my order was perfect. The chicken is delicious, just as you'd expect from the signature fried chicken at KFC. The store has recently been renovated, so everything feels fresh, clean, and modern, with a variety of seating options. It's a very comfortable spot to sit and enjoy a cup of coffee or whatever you like.
