Avaliação da contribuiçãoI would put zero stars if I could for the restaurant servers in particular, very unprofessional, they have no idea how to treat a customer. My wife and I live in the States and there is just no comparison with the customer service here in this restaurant, very rude young lady working on a Tuesday night with other young fella simply not doing their jobs. Young lady with too much make up was running like a headless chicken around Americans table nearby working for that tip which I totally understand but ignoring rest of the costumers. First she mixed up all the beers that we ordered and when we said, it wasn't what we ordered she was very rude treating us like it was our fault, not willing to fix this, then ignoring us for the rest of the night, and at the end we had to go inside and ask for the bill ourselves. We usually leave great tips it's just normal for us, but nothing for her and that other lazy fella working with her that night. If you want to be treated very badly, and ignored all night go to that restaurant!!!
The restaurant was great! The waiter, Manciek, was very professional and funny. He treated us well. Also, he was very communicative. The food was good. I expected a little more italian out of it, but it was good over all. Maybe I should have ordered something more italian.
Overpriced for quality- eat all the amazing food in Warsaw then come visit the old town......
La Dolce Vita was highly recommended and it did not disappoint. Fortunately the Ireland-Poland game was going on so we didn't need a reservation. Our host Angela was most attentive, making recommendations, substitutions and giving us new words to learn in Polish. From the soup to the appetizer to the two main courses, they were exceptional and and goats cheese truffle pasta was just perfect. For dessert, the strawberry in whipped cream wasn't available but the blueberry substitute was even better. They should add that to the menu.
We stopped here for a quick snack. Outdoor area was busy around 5 Saturday afternoon. A good amount of dining space inside although empty given the beautiful day. We ordered a Burrata starter. Paired it with a Peroni and Rum Coke. The Burrata was ok and was more like fresh mozzarella. Service was friendly with patience given my questions about their best cocktail. The view of the Olde Towne area along with beverages made for a good late afternoon experience .
