Avaliação da contribuiçãoOrdered a large filled crust at 8:03. We received a notice that it was for delivery at 8:39 and would arrive 20-30 minutes. After 45 minutes we called out that it was still in business. Then their manager Jeremy was hanging on my friend when he asked what happened and when we can expect to get it. He called again and Jeremy put the phone on the table and left it behind. After all, I called and spoke to another manager. She was super nice, excused for Jeremy's behavior, explained what the pizza was so late, and told me if we could expect her to arrive. The pizza arrived warm at 9:45. Although, I really appreciate the woman I spoke with, and the streets are pretty bad, I must give 1 star for our interaction with Jeremy and the bad quality of the product.
Everything was great!! Delivery time was good. The delivery man was very nice and personable. The only thing that would take away from my experience was that they forgot the marinara with the breadsticks. But oh well not the end of the world. But otherwise our food was hot and delicious
I placed my order and paid for it three hours in advance, but when it arrived, they had forgotten one of the pizzas I had ordered. After waiting 45 minutes, I called to follow up, and the person who answered was rude and hung up on me. When I called back to escalate the issue to a manager, I encountered the same unhelpful attitude. Fortunately, I was eventually able to speak with a supervisor who was kind and arranged for the missing pizza to be sent and issued a refund for the entire order. However, a couple of days later, I noticed a charge for a completely different amount, which I suspect is still linked to that missing pizza that should have been refunded. The food we did receive was poorly cut and not very good at all. Overall, I'm extremely disappointed with Pizza Hut—especially after being treated unfairly and having such poor customer service on a Saturday night.
We ordered two medium pizzas and two pasta dishes, but the online menu was unclear about the $5 deal not including breadsticks. As a result, we ordered marinara sauce thinking it would come with them, but instead, we received 10 breadsticks without the marinara. Additionally, the half-and-half pizza was cut into inconsistent pieces—some were small strips while others were huge wedges, which was quite frustrating. When we tried to order breadsticks, we were told it wasn’t a big enough order to deliver them. We're currently staying in a motel, it's 8:47 PM, and our children are disappointed because we don’t have any breadsticks. It's important for your online menu to clearly indicate that the $5 offers don't include them.
This pizza was truly exceptional in every way. It had a generous amount of evenly distributed toppings, was served hot, and was cut into eight perfectly sized slices! Thank you, Pizza Hut, for making this dad and mom of two Irish twin babies so happy with our dinner!
