The Keg Chicken - Sioux Falls

We opted for the buffet that was available. It was a bit confusing at first, as there were plates located in several different areas. The food was quite decent, though I think we might be a bit spoiled by our usual chicken spot. The chicken at The Keg was just okay, but I preferred the meatballs with gravy. The service was good; our server offered to refill our drinks and brought us the check promptly when we requested it.

I received the worst customer service I've ever encountered at this restaurant. When they made a mistake with my order, all I wanted was an apology, but instead of offering that, they suggested a refund. They wouldn't allow the person responsible to take accountability and simply apologize. I ordered a 10-piece meal with potato wedges, but I was given an 8-piece meal with fries instead. This was my first visit, and it will definitely be my last. It's clear why the other location shut down. I also just noticed that they only gave me 2 dinner rolls instead of the 4 I was supposed to receive. I should have accepted the refund.

The salad was incredible, the chicken was fantastic, and the service was excellent. I really enjoyed everything about the experience. I would definitely come back and recommend it to others.

I ordered a six-piece white meat meal, but the three chicken breasts had only about 3 or 4 bites per piece. I was very disappointed.
