Avaliação da contribuiçãoOpen on the weekends only. Can't go inside due to the pandemic, but can place an order at the window and they bring it out to you. The corsica bread is absolutely phenomenal, baked perfectly every time. Get the equally good breadsticks if you want a smaller commitment. Their other bakery items are also great, particularly the ham and cheese croissants, which are great warmed up. Their prices are a little high, but you get what you pay for. Strongly recommend a visit while in Door County (bonus: visit and then go down the road to Koeppsels farm store!
We were disappointed by the high cost of everything! It is a very unique place and worth a visit for a first time stop in Door County but expect to pay for it! They have a delicious variety of bakery items with a little cafe bar and a dine in section also. It’s very cute inside and they sell a large selection of Door County made items. We won’t be back ourselves but are glad we made the one time stop.
If you... ok when you get to Door county, you MUST visit the Door County Bakery. (and wine bar?? Amazing people, out of this world food, and the atmosphere .. I would be there once a week, if not more, too bad I don't live closer.
I love this place. Don and Jean are wonderful and very welcoming to their guests. The food is great. I did buy some bread sticks today and it was a little more money than I remembered. Still a great place though.
We had a great experience here while in door county! We loved the cherry Danish and the Carsicca loaf. The coffee was also good, but seemed over priced. It was nice that we were able to order our food and drink in a safe way during COVID.
