Avaliação da contribuiçãoLoved stopping here. My husband and I shared a banana split. Although it is still Togo, they allow you to sit at their tables/booths to eat if you want. All ice-cream is made in house weekly. The flavors are very good. We had sweet cream, dark chocolate and chocolate ripple (they were out of strawberry). Lots of specials and all the flavors can be found on their FB page. Parking can be difficult if not staying in the area as there are quite a few bars, restaurants and axthrowing places located all within 2 blocks off a common 4 way stop in Olde Town.
Quaint soda fountain with amazing flavors of ice cream. The Creole flavor was good with a sweat (probably coconut) bite. The Unicorn Poop was too sweet for me. ???? I also really liked the variety of ice cream scoops that were displayed. We didn't play, but there was an arcade in the back room and what appeared to be the start of a mini-golf course out back. Parking was a bit hard to find, but seemed typical for the area.
Enjoyed our visit! I got a scoop of Irish cream and a scoop of dark chocolate ice cream in a cup. So good! Nostalgic atmosphere!
Flavor is okay, but my ice cream was spilling as they handed it to me. It was super full, so I couldn't pull the spoon out without it spilling everywhere. It was a sticky mess. The price isn't insane, but its not cheap either. Honestly, just go to Slidell Ice Cream Co or Dairy Queen (both on Gause) because theyre both cheaper and MUCH better. The guys here dont seem to care.
Cute! Lots more than just ice cream. Candy and a few toys for sale, as well a mini golf and pinball and arcade games, along with a charming garden to sit in and enjoy a treat!
