Chophouse - Sliema

Excellent experience! My friend and I wanted to celebrate his birthday. Everything was great as I contacted the manager Alison to make his night special. She was extremely helpful and very attentive by emails. We came to the restaurant and the barman organized us and offered a drink at the Bar Area. He was very friendly, and the cocktails he made were delicious. Time to eat. We went for the tasting and Wine Pairing Menu, which is absolutely a must to try. The food, the timing between the courses, the wines and their descriptions, the views of Valletta, the beautiful atmosphere, the excellent service and friendly staff... It couldn't be better. My friend and I would like to thank you Alison and your great team, who did great for us this night. And last but not least, compliments to the chefs and their hard work and devotion. Come back.

I came here for my birthday parties and it definitely felt special! Where we sat was a spectacular view of Valetta. Excellent service from all employees and we were delighted by the fried olives! I was not particularly impressed by my main course, but the starters and appatisers have taken care of it! Hopefully I will come back and experience it again

The people who work here are wonderful, the food was amazing. Too big portions for a tasting menu for me, but it's no problem at all. It was a great experience.

Beautiful location in the new development zone of Sliema. Not easy to find, you need to take a small hiking trail on the square. Great view at sunset. Interesting menu and good selection of wines

First class service, absolutely delicious gourmet cuisine and a stunning view! This place is highly recommended! When seeing their menu, it was hard to choose from the mouthwatering selection of dishes so we chose the degustation menu with the reccomended wine pairing. It was a tour de force of great taste! I'll visit again, next time I return to Malta
