Forcing your customers to tip you an 18% tip is terrible business practice and will not gain you customers. You should reconsider this. Won’t be returning regardless of how good or bad the food is. Tips are optional based on the quality of service. You’ve really shot yourself in the foot on this one.

Every time I go and order something the guy always makes me buy more food and then I have to pay more than I wanted then they expect you to tip at minimum 18% which I don't want give a tip when I'm being charged already extra for extra food…

If you have not tried La Unica then you are missing out! The food is so good. Enything on the menu will make your taste buds go crazy. The Agua Frescas are to die for as well. And to top it all off the impeccable service. Seriously a top 10 place!
