Bad Daddy's Burger - Smyrna

Food was DE-LISH!! Not a complaint at the table. It was a tad chilly but that did not interfere with the food. Fresh ground turkey used for their turkey burgers, so good. Homemade cheese, was okey-gooey and awesome.Food: 5/5

I've gone by this Bad Daddy's location for a couple years. Sunday we decided to give it a try. Packed with customers. Walked in sat down and ordered lunch to go. Best burger I've had in years. Philly burger was outstanding. Sweet potato fries equally delicious as were the regular fries. Huge sandwich. Service was great. Great meal. We will be regulars getting take out. Thank you

Let me start off by saying the service was amazing!!!! When the food came out, it looked good. But the nachos were cold and blend. The wings were TERRIBLE and the burger wasn't good either. Safe to say I will never come here again!!!

First and last time here. Ordered the chicken honey sandwich. The chicken was not even close to being hot, it was dried out and not good. Husband ordered Salmon chicken Caesar salad. It was so overcooked we ended up just giving the salmon to our dogs. It was way too cold inside to order a shake. Bar service was good adequate.

I placed an order for my family and had my son pick it up on the way home. When he got home with the order everyone’s order was okay except for mine. I ordered the Philly Cheesesteak Burger and when I opened the container, the meat was too charred to eat. I called literally for days and no one answered the phone. Or some times you get this busy signal tone. I also made a complaint online on their site and no one bothered to follow up. After several attempts, I was finally able to get the Manager Richard on the phone today. He told me to stop by and he’d make it right. I got to the store at 2pm. The Manager didn’t bother to come out to greet me. He did have a waiter to help me and I was told to give them 11 min to get the food ready. I didn’t get my replacement sandwich until 45 minutes later at 2:45pm. I had already waited the 1st time. It wasn’t my fault. I shouldn’t have had to wait 45 minutes for a sandwich. The restaurant was not that busy. Please do better Bad Daddy’s.
