Johnny's New York Style Pizza - Smyrna

We've tried twice, for the first time they forgot our appetizers after we were up there because they delivered cold pizza. For the second time we ordered 16 wings, half Parmesan Garlic and half Mild. They gave us 8 wings. I'm not sure what they're up to, but if that's a quality restaurant, they don't know what they're doing and we haven't experienced it. We're not going back there.

I 'm giving this 3 because I know Johnny 's can be better. Unfortunately, my pizza was over cooked and burned a bit. I was a long way from home and didn 't have time to even ask for another order and oooooh was I looking forward to a good New York slice (smile). The young lady who took my order lacked any pep , she didn 't even crack a smile and it was a beautiful Saturday. It wasn 't busy at all and so plenty of care should have been able to be given to each and every customer. While I 'm not in that area often and likely for that reason won 't return, I have one closer to me that I will give a try for sure.

I?ve been going to this location for a number of years, and never had an issue before. The pizza is decent, service is usually fine at lunch time. However, today the restaurant was just plain dirty. The bathroom wasn?t clean nor stocked with necessities, and the floor of the restaurant was gross, looked like it hadn?t been swept or cleaned at all in a few days at least. I was willing to let it go as an anomaly, until I had an uninvited guest at my lunch table a big cockroach. This was the last straw for me, I won?t be back to this location for a while. Yuck!

Bought 2 pizzas, fries, garlic knots and salad. The garlic knots had no garlic! Just oil and crispy dough. The pizza tasted as if the dough was stale and they didn?t let it rise. It was absolutely disgusting. I called the manager to complain and he said I was basically lying because he made the pizza and the dough was fresh. He also said the knots are mixed in the garlic mix. Well sorry my whole family complained about the food so it obviously wasn?t me being picky. This is the second time I have had an issue here and the manager does nothing to fix it. Save your money and go somewhere where the customers satisfaction matters. Found something nasty in my food too!

I'm from Jersey, so when I say this is good pizza, this is good pizza. And the wings are perfectly seasoned too. Just went in for the first time after ordering from DoorDash and slice all the time and I'm probably going to come here more often. Ample parking. Ample seat in space. Menu selection is awesome. I had just an overall great feeling walking in there.
