Mcdonald's - Smyrna

This place was my way when in a hurry, especially in the Am. But it's getting worse lately. Forgetful seems normal. To forget meat on a sandwich is completely unacceptable. This can be the first time I ever got a Big Mac with a dump. If I had gone so far, I would have gone back, but I had things to do. Get it together or send your people to Chick fil la school.

This is the new modern format McDonald's. Not customer friendly. And if your coupon does not have bar code the whole system breaks down. Do not like it at all.

For a McDonald's grab and go lunch, it was actually good tasting. I would vote for it being one of the best places I have been too. It was interesting to watch the cook prep staff. They were working at a very brisk pace.

Normally I don't eat from places less than a 96 safe serve score. This location is usually better but the score of this location is 93 as of today. Admittedly, I changed my order a little at the pay window. When I got to the window, I was asked to pull up to pole #1. After I waited some time my food was delivered. The fries thankfully were hot but the burger was not. I moved the first slice of cheese because it was hanging off. Neither slice was thinking about melting there was no steam or heat coming from the patty. I pulled off a piece to test it. And very disappointing. It was so dry and the smallest amount of condiments on the bun. I wanted to go back but I had to be at work in 30 minutes. There wasn't enough time. I thought to call the location back but it was late when I got off. I may do the survey.

REceived an uber eats order that is RAW! Calling corporate! TODAY 5/30/19 I ORDERED UBER EATS AND YET AGAIN RECEIVED A DISAPPOINTING ORDER... THE FRIES ARE COLD AND STALE...THE DRINK IS CLUB SODA AND NOT THE SPRITE THAT I ORDERED... THEY SUCK AND NEED TO BE CLOSED DOWN FOR GOOD. I GAVE BENEFIT OF DOWN AND WAS LET DOWN ONCE AGAIN. THEY CHANGE MANAGERS EVERY 2 WEEKS SO ITS CLEAR SOMEONE CANT GET IT RIGHT!!
