Panera Bread - Smyrna

Love the food but last two visits I had a bad experience. I was there on Father’s Day and the pager they gave me was dead and after a while I approached the window and my food was sitting there stone cold.They prepared everything again but already were out of some items.

Where's my baguette?? I know it's a small thing, but if I'm paying $6.57 for just a small cup of soup and a bowl of chopped lettuce, I might as well bring my lunch from home.

The first time we eat here. broccoli cheddar soup deeeelish! great service, fresh food and yes I will recommend.

Today I ordered my favorite boroccoli suppe the nice herr on the window gave us some cookies when my children ate them, they were crazy about them.

This location usually doesn't disappoint, especially lately. I really like the drive through. They toast the bread just right and are more generous with sandwich ingredients than other Paneras I've visited. I knocked off a star because they are pretty slow.
