Trattoria Da Amedeo - SOAVE

The risotto made in Amarone wine was a major letdown. The dish lacked any distinct flavors and was surprisingly bland. The texture was overcooked and mushy, far from the creamy consistency you’d expect in a good risotto. The use of Amarone wine did nothing to elevate the taste; instead, it imparted an unpleasantly overpowering alcohol aftertaste. Considering the premium price tag, this dish was a huge disappointment, and I wouldn’t recommend it to anyone seeking a delicious risotto experience.

Service: the men were friendly and extremely nice. The one waitress was extremely arrogant and unfriendly The food: my wife had a Spaghetti Vongole I would t dare to serve my worst enemy. It even contained Maïzena! In Italia? Unforgivable. I had Polpo with feta. I was curious. But curiosity killed the cat. Far from good. Conclusion: there are far beter restaurants in Soave, like the Enoteca..

Excellent arthmosphere, brilliant service and hospitality delicious food. Great selection of wines. Wonderful place to have dinner!
