Mühlsteinstube - Sollenau

Congenial service in a very charming rustic atmosphere in a large space of an old flour mill, with fresh fish, fish, fish on the menu, grilled to perfection. we had three people who shared a starter, had a main course with one side, each, followed. by coffee and dessert for three, with a glass wein for each of us, for a total of 100 euro, drinking money. great meal. great. a lazy Sunday dinner. reservations are a must at the weekend, we found,

.and, well the little it takes to find the place madam and I had heard and read good things about the muhlsteinstube, and so a prebook for the midday on a sunny and cool Sunday. after a short drive. from gumpoldskirchen we left the A route in leobersdorf and followed our Gps directions. the wrong location, however, showed that the right position was only half a kilometre or so on the road; cross a narrow bridge from leobersdorf to dornau and there they are. the restaurant is located in a massive old farm building, a truly worthy two story stone structure with a large tor and courtyard, which also houses a series of artist studios. go to the hof a few steps, see them to the left, and they have found muhlsteinstube, and you will be very glad that you have done it. our greeting was warm, in the midst of a busy Sunday meal; we were shown in our table, in the old bakery of the estate (the tore and main buildings, of which only a little further on the road, and we were in business. madame ordered the blue trout (forelle am blau) she was looking forward to being one of her long standing favorites and I ordered golden trout. the fish quickly arrived and was absolutely first advice: as fresh as can be fresh, and skillfully cooked with a light hand, to great effect. (I believe that a good part of the fish that they serve is caught directly at the border. suppe of the day (cream of lauch, ratatouille, and several glasses of an excellent (and very nice price gruner veltliner rounded the main event, and everything was delicious. dessert came in the form of a cream disc (cream cuts for each of us; as the many Sunday diver around us we were thrilled. parking is either on the street or in the courtyard, and it is simply either away. the prices are moderate for the very high quality kitchen that is offered. I believe that all transactions are only cash, so that they might want to stop from their local slot machine on the way. we let us feel enchanted and very well fed; with every luck we're back.

Ausgezeichneter Fisch und sehr nettes Ambiente im gepflegten Garten

Wir waren heute hier wieder Mittagessen. Haben uns heute für einen Seesaibling im ganzen entschieden. Wir ließen uns von der Größe überraschen und er war wirklich sehr groß Wir haben ihn trotzdem fast zur Gänze gegessen. Diese Qualität ist einfach Weltklasse. Ich esse Fische sehr gerne und bin aber normalerweise eher für Garnelen und Scampi. Was ich/wir aber heute hier in diesem Fischrestaurant genießen konnten ist einfach Spitze. Ich werde dieses Restaurant auf einem tollen Platz in Leobersdorf/Dornau mit einem sehr schönen Garten/Paradies sicher weiterempfehlen.

Super Ambiente, ausgezeichnete Fischspeisen und freundliches Personal. Ich genieße jedes Mal wenn ich dort bin. Zuletzt bei einer Hochzeit.
