Avaliação da contribuiçãoThey have the best mocha of anywhere ...yes it's a coffee shop in the morning) it's made with Taza chocolate and not too sweet. They're breakfast sandwiches are awesome. As for the beer, that's also really good. I haven't had a beer that I haven't liked... just one beer I thought was ehh. Their dinner food is also good and their staff is always friendly. I'm glad they joined the neighborhood.
Jeff had booked me to play an acoustic show there and I had a great experience from a musician's point of view. I also ate and had some beers while I was there. I recommend the street tacos and the session IPA.
I go practically every morning to get my chair tea latte. So delicious! The staff is great, sweet little spot! I'm not a big beer drinker, but what I have had so far, I have loved.
Small but good list of of their own beers. My favorite was the grisette, Maclyn. Definitely does not suffer from the bland, boring and poorly made beers that a lot of similar size breweries do. They had a small but thoughtfully put together list of food, the kind of stuff you want to eat while having a beer. We had just eaten when we arrived so we didn't get to try the food but what I saw walk by looked delicious. I'll be back the next time I'm in town and will come with an empty stomach.
This is the kind of neighborhood joint every neighborhood needs. Creative, affordable and incredibly well executed gastro-pub bar food with craft coffees and beers. Great vibe as well, many people obviously settling in to work or study for a while.
