Umi Sushi Delano - South Beach

Had a wonderful time at this restaurant, the food is consistently delicious. However, there were some challenges when trying to communicate with the waitress.

The sushi at this restaurant is expensive and they used imitation crab in one of the rolls. Some dishes had an unexpected amount of mayonnaise even though it wasn't mentioned on the menu. They were out of snapper but were able to offer yellowtail instead. The Prosecco was enjoyable, but overall, I suggest finding another place for a better dining experience. Moreover, it should be noted that the restaurant is situated in a hotel lobby, which was not clearly communicated.

Had an amazing meal at Umi and wonderful service from the waiter Ganni. Must haves are the Tuna Pizza and the Salmon Carpaccio. Great sake as well! Very small intimate set up.
