Subway - South Bend

My sons often go to this Subway after their football practices and games each week! The staff is fantastic—always friendly and providing excellent customer service! They're always smiling, which shows they enjoy their work. The restaurant is immaculate, and everything is consistently fresh! We truly appreciate the team here! Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

All I can say is that my order was not delivered as requested. They missed several items, and they won't issue a refund unless I drive there and provide my complete order. What's the point of ordering for delivery if they can't fulfill it? Why charge me for something they can't provide? This will be my last visit to this place.

The three staff members working today are truly remarkable. They provided the fastest and most efficient service I’ve ever experienced on a subway. Excellent job, young team!

I ordered three of the series rotisserie chicken sandwiches using a coupon. However, I was disappointed when the employee told me I couldn't get the series sandwiches that included avocado. I pointed out that the Subway coupon didn't specify that certain sandwiches were excluded, but he insisted that his supervisor had instructed him not to sell me the sandwich I wanted. This situation felt unjust. Overall, I opted for takeout for dinner, and my meal was relatively affordable, ranging from $1 to $10 per person.

I understand that many businesses are struggling right now because of staffing issues, and I sympathize. I wish I could work too, but my health prevents me from doing so. It’s tough for those who are able to work and earn a good living. However, the rudeness I experienced only adds to the frustration for those of us waiting.
