Local 149 - South Boston

This restaurant was once the favorite spot in the neighborhood. It's a wonderful place to gather with friends. The menu and drink selection are both excellent.

If you're looking for an amazing brunch spot with great drinks this is it! The food is delicious and it's a wonderful atmosphere!

This is not your typical South Boston pub. It is very welcoming, with excellent service and delicious food!

I have been living in South Boston for the past few years, and Local is definitely my favorite spot for brunch. The breakfast tacos and fried mac and cheese balls are amazing and can cure any hangover. The manager, who is a tall ginger, is hilarious and makes you feel right at home. Local has become like an extension of my living room.
