Panera Bread - South Burlington

A margarita pizza is supposed to have basil. I unfortunately received a tomato and cheese pizza. My previous order of a warm bowl was tasty but far from filling.

The sandwich seemed to be light on the contents compared to past visits.

Food was good except my child's Mac and cheese was horrible and the bathroom where very dirty so was the floor in the dining room and you have to go up and get your food and there is a person standing there taking the online orders to the pickup station on there phone walking around doing

Order for delivery would not go through online. I tried calling three different extensions before someone picked up and then was told I could not make an order for delivery over the phone. Um ok Panera.

Stopped by this location on a busy day and the service and food was great. Ended up dropping my credit card on the floor and couldn’t get back to the restaurant. The managers and the GM were very kind and helpful, they ended up mailing it back to me. Thanks for doing what you do!
