Mcdonald's - South Elgin

I normally do not give a review on a fast food chain but I just wanted to share my experience at this location. They made me and my dog so happy with a surprise pup cup! Thank you very much! Aside from that, they never get my order wrong over the last 8 years that I lived in the area. I appreciate you all

This isn’t a knock against this particular McDonald’s. However, McDonald’s in general has become generally over priced for the given product. In expensive fast food is what was McDonald’s go to but now they don’t even have that.

38 cents for one packet of BBQ sauce?? Whatever I need to wash down one of those overpriced burgers should be provided.

Here we go again- ordered x4 6 pc nuggets and got x4 4 pc nuggets. The girl with glasses working the checkout window today (smh just could not care less about saying hello or even thank you etc, makes for that awkward few moments) which I don't care but get my order Right...it was online too it literally cannot be any clearer to comprehend.. Got x3 sauces for x4 boxes of nuggets, just as an added blow too..unreal Whoever the girl was working the window on 4/23/23 around 4 pm at the south elgin mcdondalds here....plz put her on the fryers or something else/she's not meant for that window...just horrible service, when Rocky was there (that place was awesome) now it's just depressing and aggravating lol...thnx bear family McDonald's of South elgin
