Still the best hamburger in Australia bar none. Very nice friendly owners, we look forward to coming here.

Called in here on the way home from Glen Innes, starving so we ordered 3 plain hamburgers at $5 each, they were brilliant and i still say the best in Australia, needless to say i ate 2 as the wife was full after hers.

We stop every day to get lunch or dinner from captain cook .The owners are lovely and friendly people and the food is good

First shop in town and last stop on the way out! Captain Cook's has been a regular stop for out of towners since I can remember. Always fresh milk and bread, tasty take aways and the daily paper. Owners are friendly and hard working folk who will do anything to help.

Stopped here again and i must say it has not changed since my last visit, hamburger and chips are awesome. The owners are extremely friendly. Will be back 4 sure
