Mcdonald's - South Grafton

Rude service. Staff banging things around and they are not even capable of making a sundae. Never again!

We have been coming to this McDonald's for the last 22 years on our way to Port Macquarie. To say the standards have dropped would be understating it. First off - all the staff looked miserable and unfriendly. Also, my husband did not appreciate being called 'mate' by a staff member. The burgers were ok but the chips were cold. Coffee was tasteless. No serviettes until we asked about them. Toilets had no toilet paper. It was a miserable experience and we were very quick to leave as soon as we could. Head office needs to audit this store as soon as possible.

Came in for takeout. Large fries pack wasn't nearly full. The cheese burger meat had crunchy bits on the side. No napkins in the bag.

I really love the mcchicken and the chips. It is soooo delicious. But, I don't trust their drinks. I got a Sprite and it doesn't tasted like regular Sprite it tasted like water mix with chemicals. So, next time can you please get a regular Sprite.

Why are there no frappes of a night time I travel from maclean to south Grafton to get a coffee frappe 3 times in the last month and told there not available wtf maccas do I have to call ahead to get something that's supposedly available all day Yamba maccas has them all the time guess that's my new local
