Biggby Coffee - South Haven

It is a beautiful place for coffee and always leave with a smile, the staff is top notch!!!!

I stop into Biggby here quite often. Today I ordered two bragels as well as my usual drink order. I paid in cash and the barista who rang me up either forgot or didn't realize their toaster was not working at the moment. They were extremely quick to apologize, refund my money and tell me when the toaster would be back up and running (later the same day). That was good enough for me, however they also made sure I left with a handful of coupons for the inconvenience! Not only is the staff always cheerful and friendly, but they go above and beyond as far as customer service. I never have to wait more than two minutes for my drinks, even when they are extremely busy. I love the coffee and would continue coming here regardless, but thanks to the lovely baristas I always leave with a smile on my face. I'm very thankful we finally have a Biggby here locally, and they have definitely made a loyal customer out of me!

Here's the deal. I'm coming in and I usually get the same. Very simple. Only the problem I have is all the other drinks in the store has a great cool name. My drink consisting of 2 shots with Biggby Best. South Haven must be the best place I made. The Barristas and Bro-istas really put the atmosphere. It is warm, quiet and very to the earth. No matter how bad a day I have, I can guarantee if I go through the doors, it doesn't matter. The owners, kudos to your very professional and upbeat staff. It can take a team to make coffee. But it needs a family to feel the experience at home.
