The Loft - South Holland

I went to this restaurant for breakfast with my children. The service was good and they were able to accommodate my request for scrambled eggs on a kids breakfast instead of fried. Unfortunately, the scrambled eggs were overcooked and dry with too much pepper, making it inedible for my daughter. She did enjoy the rest of her meal though. I ordered eggs benedict, or what they called a breakfast muffin, which looked great and had perfectly poached eggs. However, I wasn't a fan of their hollandaise sauce as it tasted bland. Overall, it was an okay breakfast and the staff were friendly. Next time, I would just order a regular breakfast instead of the breakfast muffin and avoid the scrambled eggs.

My wife and I were looking for a meal and a drink. Since it was hot outside, we decided to order 2 Lemonades. However, we were surprised to find out that the price for just the small cans was £5.20 for both. While we understand that businesses are facing challenges during these times, we felt that the price was not reasonable. We chose not to purchase anything and left the restaurant. If the seating had been more comfortable and not placed beside a busy road junction, we might have considered trying the meals. Despite the good reviews, we found the price of £5.20 for two lemonades to be excessive.

I had a truly wonderful lunch today at this cafe. I ordered the turkey stuffing baguette with delicious homemade chips and coleslaw. The meal was flawless, incredibly tasty, and beautifully presented. The service was friendly and the atmosphere was lovely. In my opinion, this is the best cafe in Spalding. Keep up the great work!

We visited The Loft today. Our food was perfectly cooked. Very tasty. The service was excellent. Wonderful customer service. Highly recommended. A must if you want an excellent meal out. We've never had to send a meal back all the times we've visited. Today was no exception.

Great experience. Friendly, helpful staff. Lovely food and drinks. Great value for money. Loads of choice. Had some hot drinks and a milkshake and then delicious cakes. Cakes were massive. Would definitely recommend and revisit.
