Portions so small you need tweezers to eat. Unimaginatively menu consisting of the usual VT fare pork chop, chicken, meat with typical ill conceived sauces and accompanying sides... stuck In the 90s farm to table genre... newsflash it's all farm to table in VT even when I visit a neighbors house.. As with all things culinary in VT, Solo is a thing to be missed.

What an incredible experience. My wife and I along with 2 other couples came here for a night out without the kids to celebrate Father's Day and this place was amazing. The hospitality was top notch from the owners giving us their back story, the private dining room we dined in, to the staff explaining each dish to us. The drinks were delicious and the meals were incredibly flavorful and completely original. We all walked away having an amazing time and a lasting memory. We plan to come back again later in the summer when they change out the seasonal items.

We got tickets for the Pre Fixe dinner to celebrate a couple of June birthdays and what an experience! Every dish presented beautifully and such delicious fresh flavors using lots of local ly grown products. Follow along the posted menu for each photo and you will get the full descriptions. The ambiance is so welcoming and cozy for intimate couples, groups and just friends catching up at the bar seating! A notch above service from the owners to every staff member. My favorite restaurant in the area, the food is very good, high quality, creative, and they are now doing chef's table type menus, they've always been delicious, but the new format is also fun and fancy but not too fancy they have fun, creative cocktails (smokey noreaster in particular) and a pretty good wine list... If you're lucky, a cat will greet you, the cat's name is cupcake, I think there's another cat too, the atmosphere and decor is really nice and the staff is very friendly, highly recommend
