Sushi Runner South Miami

Terrible customer service. It took 3 phone calls before they answered. Once they answered, I notified them they messed up my order twice now. I called to get my order corrected and the gentleman told me, even though it’s the restaurant prepping the food, that’s not their issue. I have to contact grubhub to contact the restaurant to get the order corrected. Lack of accountability but food still fire though, hence the 1 star.

Eel lovers combo was not it.Citrus Poke bowl was interesting the mango chunks did not taste nor look like real mangos, way to many slices of red onions!not a real poke bowl in opinion.The Thia donuts maybe would have been decent if the condensed milk was add. so we had dry donuts. overall the while meal was underwhelming and wayyyy over priced.

5 Stars. Delicious sushi and very good prices. Take advantage of the promotions on Thursdays with 50% discount on rolls to dine in. I recommend the Volcano and the Franchise.

Must try this hidden gem! I wish Sunset Mall did not more to promote this restaurant. Best Sushi I ever had.

Worst poke bowl i've ever had. not traditional at all. spicy tuna was discolored. pickled jalapeños not traditional . not horrible but very much NOT traditional poke .. go to poke Og
