Wendy's - South Plainfield

Came for a double Dave's and large chili (I love Wendy's chili). The food was good but service was not. They tend to focus on their drive-thru and not on the in-person customers. The thing that really ticked me off was I asked for a cup for tap water or ice to put in my hot chili. I was told they would have to charge me for the cup. Ridiculous- not other fast food restaurant I have been to does that. Oh well, I still love the chili but have low expectations for service.

First timer. absolutely awesome .. tried the wicy jalapeño chick sandwich and it was super good. Nice spicy with fresh jalapenos. Loved. For about $6.5 it was really worth it. I don't like fries and drinks much. Therefore do not order this . No service in the restaurant. Had to stand in the long drive thro lines and wait to order up to 10-15 minutes .. after the order it took only 1-2 minutes. wish there was a direct order in the restaurant. Overall a good delicious food ...

Everything was good in the South Plainfield Wendy's ... the ride up window line was long (but moving pretty fast), so we went in instead ... our order n we were out ... was not asked 10 times what we wanted all the contingencies were out and repeated n the place was clean ...

It's a Wendys. I think the staff here is more beautiful than other Wendys I was to. Like the limited time Bacon Bourbon Burger. A beautiful brownish taste to the burger. The drive was fast moving.
