We were told it would take 35 minutes for our takeaway to arrive, but it actually came in 20 minutes. The food was hot and extremely tasty. This was our first takeaway since the lockdown, and we were not disappointed at all.

On New Year's Eve 2019, I placed an order for Chinese food at 7:30pm, anticipating a busy evening. By 10:30pm, my order still hadn't arrived despite the restaurant promising a delivery by 9pm. The Chinese restaurant ended up offering a refund due to the delay, stating that it would take at least another hour for delivery. A minimum of 4 hours to cook and deliver food is unacceptable. This was by far the worst service I have ever experienced. I find it shocking and disgraceful. I will never waste my time ordering from this place again. It is baffling to me how they manage to stay in business with such poor customer service.

Another fabulous delivery from Choi’s this evening. Food arrived piping hot and delicious as always. We never order Chinese on a Monday night as Choi’ s are closed. Nowhere else comes close.

We ordered £40 worth of food, each dish was perfectly cooked and really tasty. The customer service was perfect and we now have a very nice Choi's Kitchen insulated takeaway bag!
