The staff were working hard under pressure, but the service was not great due to a lack of staff. There were mistakes with food orders, delayed serving times, and undercooked steak that had to be sent back. However, the roast turkey was tasty and the cocktails were well made. The lack of attention to detail was evident, as we had to help ourselves to spoons for dessert and were left to clear our own empties. Despite the manager offering a discount to compensate for the issues, we were not satisfied with the experience and will likely not return for another Christmas meal at this restaurant.

Brilliant! Oscar the bartender was great. He made some stunning cocktails that looked great too!

Brilliant dinner with a very wide selection. We ordered a five small plate selection but we struggled to finish the food. The dishes were prepared to a very high standard yet the pricing is not bad at all. I will definitely return to this popular restaurant again next time I visit Southampton.

Came in this morning for an unexpected delight. Breakfast was delicious thanks to Abi, Cat and Marta in the kitchen. Nathan and Willow were awesome making us coffees at the bar through out breakfast and introduced us to the kitchen staff. Food was brought over to us by our wonderful waitress Claudia, who was chatty and smiley on this quiet Sunday morning. An incredible breakfast thanks to some incredible people, will certainly be back!

When we got here the staff were very friendly and showed us to our table they brought a jug of water once we were all settled we ordered our food and when it came out you could tell its was only just cooked the food was amazing and definitely be going back
