Olive Garden Italian - Southaven

I always like olive garden, this time it was no different. it was overcrowded, but as a small table we sat fast. our waitress was very good. we haven't waited long for our order and the quality was normal. I also like the tablets, they make it easy when they add or pay out an order.

Great experience in this restaurant in southaven. we had 16 people in our party for a family on the day our waitress, kaylee c. was amazing. she had a great personality you could tell her she loved her job. they ensured that some of our vegan peeps had the right salat dresses (so important when 6 of our group have this challenge.) eating was quickly served delicious. benny, the manager, was very professional for our big party. everyone was so nice when I called the hostess, was kind when we came to the farewell. we go to a Memphis location in the rule, but this experience was the best hands down. go on what you do here. Many thanks for making our birthday special! (visited 7pm mon, 14 march)

Eating was great, service was terrible. as server did not hurt to leave a tip, but our waitress came to the table and that was to take our order. she made eye contact with us and still did not come to the table. we had to ask a waiter who was in the afterfilling and everything else we needed. he was great. we tipped him. our waitress did not begin to come the table until we had everything we needed from the other waiter. if we come back, we don't want shatreece.

After years of being over olive garden, I was recently impressed again and visit a couple times a month. It's been consistently great the past year! Something changed for the better.
