If there were the option to select 1/2 of a star i would choose it. This McDonalds is so out of order ,when it is breakfast time the first menu that you see is the lunch menu.The menus do not rotate, then there is a huge bush in the way of the menu either way its hard to order..This ordering panel should be updated its not fair that all customers that are not satisfied with this up to date panel have to leave and head to the one in sturbridge,orcharlton and it's the same owner.If he has the charlton location looking UP to PAR WHY NOT THE SOUTHBRIDGE LOCATION.????
Ordered a coffee at drive thru, hot coffee no napkin. Asked for a napkin, we don't have to give you a napkin unless you get a bag. Then when I demanded one the girl gave e me five. Only need one I replied, Manger came to the widow was rude. Asked her why she was rude, she replied that's how I talk. Never going back. One star coffee is good most of the time.
I'll give 0 if I could. Those girl don't even know what they do, they made me wait 20 minutes in a 4 cars line, that's sad. And also I ordered a mcgriddle with bacon and they put almost nothing, do you think after waiting 20 minutes is fair?. I'll never come back. Neveeer
I waited a few minutes before beginning my order. When I tried to order an Oreo Shamrock shake, the employee immediately informed me that the machine was broken. They have had several months to ensure that the machines are functioning properly and that the employees are well-trained to prevent frequent breakdowns. If the machines are breaking so often (according to their employees, three times just last week), perhaps it is time to consider removing ice cream shakes from the menu as they are clearly not being served efficiently.
