Love Thy Burger - Southend-on-Sea

Terrible service. I ordered a burger without cheese, tomato, or mustard, but they completely ignored my instructions. This wouldn’t be such a big deal if I weren’t allergic to cheese, leaving me with an inedible burger and no dinner unless I wanted to pay an additional £4 for delivery from somewhere else. I called to request a replacement, only to be told I would need to pick it up myself, which defeats the purpose of ordering for delivery. When I asked for a refund, the staff member said she couldn’t assist with that. I inquired about my options, and she mentioned collecting it or possibly trying the app, but she wasn’t sure. Absolutely unhelpful, and I won't be returning or recommending this place.

Delicious! You can customize the doneness of your burger, which is a great touch. The restaurant is clean, and the service is very friendly. Personally, I think Biscoff deserves a five-star rating!

As for the atmosphere, even though I enjoyed my meal at home, I can tell that the restaurant has a nice vibe, warranting a 4 out of 5 in that department. Overall, I would recommend this spot for a tasty and satisfying lunch!
