Extremely slow! it took 16 minutes to make 2 sandwiches. three commands were made before me and no statement or apology

Jayla was giving customer service like she was at a 4 star restaurant. I go to this location all the time. No one ever asked if I'd downloaded the app and could get a free sandwich. She was so professional and yet personable. She was training a new employee. I see why. I left both of them a tip.
