Albert Arms - Southwark

Came here especially for Sunday fortunately as another place had run out of the roast and was pleasantly surprised! absolutely delicious food (especially the bratkartoffels! . the service is also great, friendly and efficient, chiara and mia were both really nice! I wanted to thank chiara especially that I squirted into squeezing, although they seemed quite fully booked! we appreciate it! I would recommend this place for a Sunday roasting to everyone. if you think about it, it's worth trying, it won't regret it!

Elephant castle £5.60 estrella I visited the albert arms with a few of the youngs as part of a raupe around lambeth north tube, but elephant castle tube is closer when they travel directly here. this is an independent pub whose mission statement is to be a welcoming place for the local community and to offer excellent food, beer and service. as they have stacked albert arms. we sat in the bar at the front, which was comfortable and comfortable, one of the staff who was polite came over our job. there was a good choice of beer, I had an estrella that was good and not overly expensive. the decor is traditional with an eclectic touch here and there, the walls have covered several different album covers and some amazing Gorillaz artwork. on the back is another bar with a kamin, which is always beautiful in the colder months. we haven't eaten here, but I checked the menu and eating looks good and also at the price point, the great reviews of Sunday roasts says a lot. the albert arms delivers what there is to deliver, which is difficult to do as getting the pub clientele right, can be a hard to crack, but if their hearts are at the right place and their passionate about what they do the right thing. a nice visit was here, I have to book myself for a Sunday roast.

Very nice pub with lots of history. it's been there for 120 years. there are even books from 1954!

I tried to find somewhere in the Waterloo area to my birthday, as I had friends from different sharing the city. I have booked a table for 8 per week before and sam was really in the week before when the original number was 11. we spent about 3 hours in the pub and everyone ate. I had the duck and I was very impressed and all my friends were really happy with their meal. the selection of beer was good, as the general mood of the place, nice relaxed gastropub with good service, the exact the mood I wanted. the only surprise was that they weren't more busy, it was about half full when I expected it to be packed on a Saturday night. really satisfied with the choice that I made and thanks to the coworkers, especially the guy with the glasses behind the bar that was very attentive. would recommend a visit in the environment.

Great little pub, we had a nice time here food was tasty and staff were accommodating. Nice toilet, large bar with some on street seating
