Samurai's Japanese Steakhouse

On August 27, 2023, I called the restaurant at 3:04 PM to make a reservation for six people at 6:00 PM, in celebration of my wife's birthday. However, when we arrived and checked in with the staff, who I later discovered was the manager, I encountered significant issues. This individual disputed my claim about having called the correct number and insisted that the restaurant had never received my call. Despite my attempts to explain the situation and show evidence that I was correct, he continued to deny my account, displaying rudeness and a lack of professionalism. His behavior was both confrontational and incompetent. This negative experience, coupled with the manager’s poor attitude, has convinced us that we will never return to this restaurant again.

Ate here recently. The food quality has gone down. Steaks were cut too big. The vegetables had too much soy sauce (too salty and soggy).

I do have a couple of suggestions: first, it would be helpful to inquire about any shellfish or food allergies and prepare those items separately. Unfortunately, there was some cross-contamination between the shrimp and chicken, which prevented me from enjoying my chicken as I have a severe allergy to fish and shellfish. Additionally, we were hoping for a more diverse salad than just iceberg lettuce and tomato with a heavy amount of ranch dressing. It would be great to see options like cabbage, carrots, cucumbers, and an Asian ginger dressing, which we've enjoyed at many other Japanese restaurants. On a positive note, the chef was entertaining and friendly—truly a professional, despite the cross-contamination issue. Overall, it’s definitely worth a visit!

This place was OK Their waiting time was a bit long, but I understand that we have to wait for others to sit to make it a full table. The food was alright. Nothing to be impressed about.

This place is phenomenal food ambience they got it all. An wait staff is on top of their game . I suggest this place for a special occasion or just because the foods so good and you dont wanna cook..
