Kissho Sushi - Sparks

Wasn't the worst sushi I have had, but wasn't the best. I like experimenting with different places and chose this place because they have noodles and that's all my kid will eat when we go out to sushi. The crab Rangoon, and muscles were both really good,but the rest I felt had plenty of room for improvement. Not saying I wouldn't ever go back again, but it wouldn't be my firstchoice. The people who worked there were all really nice.

The service here was very good. Very attentive and friendly staff who made sure my drink always stayed full and were easy to find if I needed something. The food wasn't all that great unfortunately, I think they may have had less then ideal batches ofshrimp and ahi tuna. The rice was also very strongly flavored with rice vinegar, which I actually like but I know some peopledon't. I'd absolutely give them another shot though, just based on the service.

I lobe this place. Service and food are consistent. Very yummy. Flying dragon roll is great. Also any Nigiri is very good.

The only reason I'm giving them a 4 is because they did not have mountain dew! Other than that, we got great service, good sushi rolls.
