Saigon 88 - Sparks

This is a charming little spot in Sparks. Typically, I avoid restaurants in strip malls, but this one has the character of a hidden gem downtown, without the hassle of bad parking. The Pho is among the best I've had in town, and the Pad Thai is excellent as well. The service is fantastic; after just two visits, they remembered my name, and after about four visits, they learned my order as well as my boss's. It’s always a nice, quiet atmosphere, and it feels like a proud family-owned establishment that genuinely cares about its food and service. I frequently recommend this place to friends and family.

This is a fantastic family-owned restaurant! You should definitely give it a try; it will quickly become your go-to place for Pho! I highly recommend the spring rolls as well. Everything is fresh and tastes amazing!
