Andre's - Sparta Township

Andre is never disappointed, it's always a fantastic night out. Food, service and atmosphere are beyond comparison. There is no restaurant in Sparta that comes close. You will have 100% a fantastic night out here and every festival is increased by the choice of Andre's.

I was really looking forward to eating at this restaurant. I have a mixed opinion of Andres. We had the 3 course prefix dinner, we chose to add an appetizer of shredded short rib with pasta and white beans. When it arrived it had chunks of steak, not short ribs, the sauce throughout need salt. The salad course was delicious. The NY strip steak was cooked properly but there was a tendon that made the steak hard to chew. The mashed potatoes were the worst, they had no flavor at all and over processed so as to make the potatoes gummy. The spinach was cooked perfectly and dessert was great. I won’t hurry back there since it is pricey.

Dinner was wonderful! The outside dining area was warm and cozy despite the chilly weather and social distancing. A great night!

The evening was wonderful, the food outstanding and the service was terrific. The five courses provided more food than any of us could consume comfortably so in the future we will order a la carte.

We always have a wonderful time. The food is delicious. This is one place where I enjoy eating new dishes.
