Avaliação da contribuiçãoSeems that this qdoba is in need of renovation, as the walls near the kitchen are black. the quantity offered was good, but the mixture of the portions was not accurate. too many jalepeons that were immersed in vinegar were in bowls, the food tangie. and I felt communication problem with me and the guy who hired, this is the first time that I felt that happened in every qdoba that I visited.
I use to really love Qdoba. But over the years, the quality has really gone down hill. The store was dirty and some of the younger girls were more interested in fooling around than helping the customers. Long, slow line for not so great food.
This restaurant is incredible, even though the entrance is a bit crowded with customers. The manager is very friendly and charming, and the food is always delicious. I absolutely adore this place.
The Uber Eats order was delivered promptly. Unfortunately, the food arrived cold instead of lukewarm. I had ordered a large side of guacamole to go with extra chips, but they forgot to include it in the bag. They removed the charge from the bill, but now I have chips without guacamole. The nachos were placed in a flat container, causing the toppings to spill onto the chips in a separate compartment.
I have been a loyal customer of this franchise for years and will never be returning based on how rudely I was treated by the staff at this location. The staff screamed at and accosted my 65-year-old father, who has an established medical condition, because he did not have a mask on when entering and refused us service. All the Qdoba staff members at this location had masks pulled down below their mouths, and there were multiple people dining in the facility with no masks. The staff at this location chose to discriminate against us, and we will never be returning.
