The staff really made the experience worse, changing my rating from a 5/10 to a 1/10. The staff seemed disorganized and chaotic. They did not pay attention to customers waiting for their orders, and the cashier seemed clueless. We ordered a half pepperoni, half cheese pizza, but after waiting for half an hour, we were told it was being made incorrectly. When we finally received our food, it was still made wrong. The cook refused to remake it correctly, saying they don't do half and half pizzas. The staff should have communicated this earlier to avoid the long wait and disappointment. Other customers also experienced long wait times and poor customer service. Overall, the restaurant needs to improve their organization and attitude towards customers.

Giving one star because they are always randomly closed! We love their calzones but they are closed on Monday?s and also very randomly. They are closed this weekend for a holiday. This place is not reliable for my family.
This place is AMAZING! Best slice of pizza I?ve ever grabbed on the go! The owner is always so nice and I?m never disappointed with my slice! I even brought my coworkers over for lunch!

However, the staff turned the experience from a 5/10 to a 1/10. The staff was running the place in complete chaos. No one was attending to customers waiting for their pizza, and the cashier had no idea what was going on. We ordered a half and half pizza, but after waiting for 30 minutes, we found out that our order was not being made correctly. When we brought this to the attention of the staff, the person making the pizza refused to make it the way we had ordered. The lack of communication and customer service was very disappointing. Other customers were also experiencing long wait times and issues with their orders. I hope the staff learns from this experience and improves their service in the future. Personally, I will not be returning to Brothers restaurant.
