Avaliação da contribuiçãoMy experience at "Bäcken des Eises" has been disappointing every time I visit. I have been tolerating the lack of urgency and inconvenient service for 5 years now. There is no sense of urgency in their service or selection of products, and they even ran out of ice bags on my last two visits. Despite waiting for 15 minutes for a bag of ice, the bouncers had some readily available, which reflects poorly on the establishment. The prices are already high, and it is unacceptable for a company to not prioritize delivering products to its customers. I will not be returning to this place and will advise others to do the same. It is clear that convenience is not a priority for them, so they should not market themselves as such.
The staff seemed more focused on washing their car than fulfilling customer orders. We waited for our meals for 10 minutes while they spent the entire time washing their car.
I came here for lunch and had the best meal I've ever had from Sonic. The tots were fresh and the food was incredibly delicious and fresh. This location exceeded my expectations!
The service in the morning is practically non-existent. It takes a long time for someone to answer, and once they do, the wait for food is 30 minutes. The staff does not seem to be happy to be there.
I just placed an order at Sonic and Jasmine was one of the best servers I've ever had! She made sure we had all the sauces we needed, checked if we had everything, and was incredibly attentive. Even though it was a quick visit, she made it exceptional. Thank you, Jasmine!
