Subway - Spring Green

The place is almost always dirty in one way or another. I've never been there when the floors aren't sticky. When you go in the store the subs are made decently considering you tell them what to put on it, there isn't a lot of room for error. I have never had an order from the app come correctly: missing ranch on the side, missing toppings, missing cookies, missing drinks, and the list goes on. The current staff, from my experiences, were uncaring and not friendly. I understand having a fast-food job isn't fun but they are getting paid to be nice and make people's food right and they aren't doing either of those things.

Very friendly environment, staff listens to the customer, staff have no problems making any sub that they have ingredients for. I highly recommend this establishment.

The young men who waited on us (group of 7) were excellent. Very polite, personable and when I am in the area I will stop again Dietary restrictions: I am allergic to tomatoes. They took all precautions to make sure no cross contamination.

There was only a small amount of meat and cheese lettuce was gross. It was the worst Philly sandwich I ever had. The bread was left over from the day before hard as a rock. Will never eat there

No sauce with my salad when I got home. I want a refund, why is there no manager on site.
