I think they need a new manager here.The staff were extremely overwhelmed, have zero time management skills and beyond un prioritized and unorganized.I ordered just three fountain drinks and a fry and the girl in the window didn’t know our order and was just a mess and it was just chaos going on behind her.Drive-through line all the way to savage.Will not stop at Spring Lake McDonalds ever again.
Really gone downhill a lot in the past 10 years. Forget the things about ice cream machines and shake machines. McDonald’s hook was for kids. Play places and happy meals.How many people remember from the 80s when you could song the whole menu for a free menu item? Aplastic record that came in the newspaper.Looks like a depressing symbol for those kids who grew up to look at and be depressed. Lack of colors looks like a 1980s corporate office.Most of the people there are good to work with, but the newer employees are newer generation they’re rude, and now that you can’t get free refills see treated me and the employee I was talking to poorly for even asking for one . Little blonde pudgy male manager in his 20s. I wanted to reach over the counter and shake him.I used to go all the time with my kids. It was a place where you could let them unwind in the wintertime and a quick place to grab an ice cream cone as a reward for doing a good job. Nowadays, we go for a quick bite, but it shouldn’t cost $65 for four people eat at a fast food restaurant.Nobody ever goes inside. No kids are ever playing, nobody smiling. They don’t even want to speak to a real person. They want you to order from the machines and then bring your ticket to the counter.And why is the original menu from 20 years ago secretly hidden don’t order a quarter pounder without using the word deluxe or you’ll get some piece of meat with bread on it and nothing else really.
There is an Asian manger that is always rude. I’ve heard nothing but Bad about her. Not sure how she is a manger. 0 customer service skills. I’m scared to even question how she treats her employees. Just a sterotypical McDonald’s manger I
Impressed by the speed and efficiency of the two young ladies working the drive-up and counter. It is a small operation, with 5 or 6 tables inside and about the same number of customer parking spots. The same number of spots are reserved for order pick-up. The drive-up service was very busy, and yet these two young ladies easily kept up with the demand. Impressed!
